Our Sockeye Salmon is line caught, bled, and immediately iced for premium quality. It is caught in the Cook Inlet outside of Homer, AK, then processed within 12 hours of the catch, vacuum sealed, and flash frozen at 40+ degrees below zero. Our process guarantees the salmon is the best quality available, in fact it is "fresher than fresh" because of it.
We personally handle each fish, one at a time, and hand deliver them to our tote on the dock. We will only place 100 or so fish in each tote filled with slush ice; 1/2 of the normal load. We do this purposefully to keep the fish in great shape, minimizing bruising and tearing, while keeping it ice cold for the best quality. Next, our fish is immediately transported inside for processing. It NEVER sits around on the dock at the processor. Our processing time is roughly half of the time it normally takes, keeping our filets pristine and delicious.

If you want to taste real wild ocean fresh shrimp be sure to give these a try. Each vacuum sealed bag comes with 2 lbs of uncooked and headless shrimp equaling 60 - 70 shrimp per bag.
