Flash frozen seafood  should be kept frozen until ready for preparation and consumed within 42 hours of thawing. Flash frozen seafood is best if consumed with 10 months of catch each July, but can be safely kept frozen for up to 12 months. Smoked salmon spread is best if consumed within 4-5 months. Hot smoked salmon can be kept for 1 year. Cold smoked lox can be kept for up to 2 years.

• Delivery: Enjoy fast and reliable delivery to your doorstep in the Portland, OR area for an additional $15 fee.

Shipping: We ship nationwide for an additional fee calculated at checkout based on your order size and zip code. Shipping is typically between $75 - $140 per order for next-day shipping in an insulated box with dry ice.
