Hot Smoked Salmon
Our Smoked Sockeye Salmon is the best smoked salmon we have ever tasted. We start with our own freshly caught Wild Alaskan salmon, brine it in our secret recipe, and smoke it for 24 hours in a hot smoker. After it cools, it is vacuum sealed and flash frozen for premium quality. You will think you are eating salmon that is fresh out of a fish camp smoker, and that's a GOOD thing!

Halibut
Our wild Alaskan halibut is caught by our friends and neighbors at Citizen Salmon Alaska. It is an excellent lean protein source with 19 grams of protein and only 90 calories per 3 oz serving. Halibut has 200 mg of omega 3’s and as much potassium as a banana! With its firm, flakey texture and delicate flavor, halibut has earned its reputation as the world's premium whitefish. Halibut live in the pristine waters of Kachemak bay, and all of our halibut are sustainably harvested and properly handled from start to finish.

Side Stripe Shrimp
Caught by Captain Tanner Smith out of Wrangler, AK, these shrimp have a delicate, clean flavor with a prominent sweetness. If you want to taste real wild ocean fresh shrimp be sure to give these a try. Each vacuum sealed bag comes with 2 lbs of uncooked and headless shrimp equaling 60 - 70 shrimp per bag. Wild Alaskan Shrimp tend to have many eggs attached to them depending on the time of year they are harvested. Fall/winter shrimp tend to have more eggs than spring shrimp. The eggs are edible and add great color and flavor to your recipes.
