Smoked Salmon Pastry Bites
These smoked salmon puff pastry bites are flavorful, unique, and DELICIOUS appetizers for your holiday celebrations. They take 15 minutes start to finish and will be the perfect compliment to your festivities.

- Kenai-Red hot smoked salmon
- Puff pastry sheet
- Whipped cream cheese
- Fresh dill
- Fresh chives
Step 1:
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Prick the puff pastry all over with a fork and then cut into 24 even squares. Press the squares into the sections of a mini muffin tin. Set aside..

In a medium-sized bowl add the cream cheese, KRFC hot smoked salmon, fresh chives, and fresh dill and stir together until combined
Step 3:
Evenly distribute the filling among the 24 sections
