Refund policy

At Kenai-Red Fish Company, we take great pride in the quality of our wild-caught Alaskan seafood and the care we take to deliver it in perfect condition. Because our products are perishable and frozen, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been delivered.

That said, your satisfaction is very important to us. If your order arrives damaged, compromised, or incorrect in any way, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. We’re happy to make it right — whether that means a replacement, credit, or refund — depending on the situation.

Shipping & Delivery Information:
We ship all orders using next-day delivery with dry ice to ensure your seafood arrives frozen and in excellent condition. However, Kenai-Red Fish Company is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier (e.g. UPS) once the package has left our facility. We recommend monitoring your tracking information closely on the day of delivery.

Please note:

  • We are not responsible for orders that are delayed or thawed due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

  • Because our products are perishable, we cannot offer refunds for missed pick-ups unless arranged with us in advance.
