Shipping policy

We ship premium, flash-frozen wild Alaskan seafood directly to your door, ensuring it arrives in top condition and full of flavor.

Shipping Method & Packaging

All orders are shipped via next-day delivery using dry ice and insulated packaging to keep your seafood frozen during transit. We only ship to addresses within the continental U.S. at this time.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, as all deliveries require a physical address for timely arrival.

Shipping Schedule

To ensure your seafood arrives frozen and safe, we ship orders on Wednesday only. 

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

Delivery Responsibility

Once a package leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the carrier (typically UPS). Kenai-Red Fish Company is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider, including weather disruptions or other transit issues.

To help ensure a successful delivery:

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

  • Make sure someone is available to receive the shipment and transfer it to a freezer as soon as possible.

We do not issue refunds for orders that are delayed due to incorrect addresses or unattended deliveries.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates vary by location and order size. The final shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
